We get caught up in the holiday frenzy as if life is interrupting the holidays. When in fact our unrealistic expectations and demands interrupt our life. We forget to live daily and especially during the holidays. “Each one of us is Life.” Let’s remember to be the best gift, which is you.
The Holiday Spirit is peaceful, caring, and joyful. This means we get to rest, nurture ourselves and others, and celebrate life. Unfortunately, we have created such an intense societal pace with unrealistic expectations for everyday and for the holidays. Causing stress, anxiety, or depression ending in disappointment, hurt feelings, and anger.
Instead, let’s remember to be the natural peaceful spirit and energy that we are and reflect it in the holiday tradition that you will share with others.
