Breathing Visualization The Breathing Visualization can help you transform the penned-up energy, which is part of your Spark into Free energy, As we practice the relaxation and breathing techniques, we cleanse ourselves of stress and toxic tensions produced by anger
1) Sit comfortably in a safe, quiet place
2) Visualize the fear or anger that you will transform into free energy in front of you
3) Bring your arms to each side as you close your eyes
4) Use your energy and voice to command the fear, pain or anger to be transformed into free energy by saying:
May my anger___________________ be transformed into free energy.
5) Bring your hands together into a swift clap.
6) Breathe in raising your hands above your head.
7) Exhale blowing out through your mouth the now transformed fearful or angry thought into free energy. Once we begin the relaxation visualization practices, we are willfully breaking out of the toxic cage of fear. We begin to free unforeseen energy that has been misdirected. In the process we are empowered to use life’s energy for optimum sustainable health and healthy relationships at home, in our social life and in the workplace.
